Sequel Helps Sapiens Launch a Brand for the AI Era

Congratulations to the team at Sapiens on the launch of their new brand.

For more than forty years, Sapiens has helped insurers around the world navigate complexity, manage risk, and modernize their operations. Following its acquisition by Advent International in 2025, the company began a broader transformation — accelerating its focus on AI, intelligent automation, and the future of insurance.

That transformation created a unique challenge. As Sapiens’ technology strategy evolved, so too did the story it needed to tell the market. The brand couldn’t simply reflect where the company had been; it needed to articulate where it was going.

Working closely with leaders across marketing, sales, product, and technology, Sequel partnered with Sapiens to develop a new brand platform from the ground up — spanning research, strategy, messaging, visual identity, activation, and launch.

What made the engagement particularly interesting was the pace of change. As Sapiens refined its AI vision in real time, the brand needed to evolve alongside it. Rather than treating strategy, creative development, and production as sequential phases, our teams worked in a more agile, collaborative model — rapidly refining narratives, creative assets, and launch materials as new thinking emerged.

That included leveraging AI-enabled research, content development, and production workflows to accelerate execution where appropriate. Working alongside our production partners, we compressed timelines significantly, including the development of a 60-second brand anthem video in days rather than weeks.

For us, the project reflects something much larger than a rebrand. It demonstrates how organizations can embrace new technologies without sacrificing strategic rigor, creative quality, or human judgment. As AI reshapes industries, brands must evolve just as quickly.

Sapiens recently unveiled its new London headquarters and introduced a brand designed to match the ambition of what’s next. We’re proud to have partnered with the team throughout that journey and look forward to seeing how they continue to shape the future of insurance.
