How do you position a company with multiple acquired brands for future growth?
Altasciences Clinical Research, one of the largest early-phase clinical research organizations in North America, faced the market with multiple acquired brands and needed to be positioned for future acquisitions and expansion.
Our task was to define the optimal go-to-market strategy and bring it to life in a way that disrupted the marketplace and engaged prospects. To that end, we first focused on the brand platform, including the brand story and go-to-market message set, plus a compelling visual identity system (logo and look-and-feel) that could be applied across all marketing touchpoints. From there, we created a differentiating online presence that illustrated Altasciences’ unique offerings, expertise and key differentiators.
