How can mobile technology simplify the communication complexities around managing healthcare?

As RedCard looked to develop a mobile app that would simplify healthcare communications between payers, providers and members, our role in this relationship engaged the full breadth of what Sequel does: user experience and interface design, technology engineering through brand strategy, naming, visual identity and tone of voice.

We worked closely in an agile and iterative process to develop detailed user task flows and a strategic product development roadmap. In parallel, our brand team focused on defining the strategic role of this Fortifi brand, developed its personality and tone of voice, and determined how it cut through the sea of healthcare and fitness apps currently in the market.
