Bringing new relevance, meaning, and energy to a long-standing healthcare brand

This New York City-based healthcare nonprofit faced a fundamental disconnect; its brand lacked the heart of service and warmth that made its people — and purpose — unique in the medical management space. Seeking to better reflect their internal culture and patient-centered mission, the organization asked us to reimagine not only their name, but their positioning, visual identity, launch, and go-to-market materials. Arriving at the name, Brightpoint Health, we developed a logo and VIBE system that captured the warmth, passion, and humanity of a group that cares for thousands of patients in underserved communities. The new tagline, “Welcome to Wellness,” drove the launch and many elements of the brand, including the organization’s website, mobile app, print collateral and environmental graphics.

By bringing new meaning and momentum to their brand, we helped guide the organization to a brighter future of service and care. Demonstrating a successful business transformation, Brightpoint Health witnessed a 90% increase in patient traffic, and an over 60% uplift in revenue since the new brand launched.
