Building on long-standing relationships with providers, payers and business partners, MRO (Medical Records Online) added advanced technology and automation capabilities to streamline the way data is accessed and shared with customers and requestors across the value chain.

By aggregating and harmonizing data sets across disparate systems and locations through this new technology platform, MRO brought together the best of both worlds, combining its decades of experience in partnering with their customers with a layer of robust AI capabilities.

Our task was to bring the core strengths of person-to-person relationships together with the future-forward platform to help express and visualize a new narrative that embodied the revitalized MRO experience.

From the re-imagined visual identity and VIBE system, we developed a range of day one materials, enabling them to start doing business as the new MRO in short order. From the marketing website, to sales enablement pitch materials and the customer tradeshow experience design, the modernized brand experience was well-received by internal teams, customers and investors alike.
